Rationale for change
While posterior urethral valves can certainly cause oligohydraminos, any obstructive uropathy presents this risk.
I made the note more generalized, changed the bolding/underlining to emphasize the more important aspects of the note, and added a second/multi-cloze card for enhanced recall.
