Rationale for change

Radioactive iodine scan is the next step after a thyroid nodule with elevated TSH is found; FNA is not indicated unless the thyroid nodule is >1 cm or is increasing in size. The screenshot in the "Extra" seciton of this card supports this as well. Also, the "Extra" section says "to see if it's hot/cold", which is also probably referring to Radioactive iodine scan rather than FNA
