Rationale for change
+ Some hopefully helpful notes on the different regimens (generally) for LTBI in HIV(+) vs HIV (-) pts. Can be easily confused or forgotten.
Also added some notes on common abbreviations of the anti-TB agents. Abbreviations really save space and keep the extra field clean (particularly for mobile).
