Rationale for change

i always wanna answer tranexamic acid for this, in amboss, aminocaproic and tranexamic acid are listed under anti-fibrinolytics and for tranexamic acid it says " a synthetic lysine analog and inhibitor of plasminogen with antifibrinolytic action" so wouldn't this also be suitable? or also can just add in extra and say "tranexamic acid can also be used" correct me if I'm wrong
