Rationale for change

I've always thought this was a silly card -- there's no scenario in which you know the bacteria present, and then have to deduce the type of pneumonia the patient is experiencing.

Rather, a patient comes in with a cough and fever, you note signs of bronchopneumonia on auscultation, and then must deduce the potential causative organisms to guide the treatment.

This rearrangement of the card maintains the original content, but rearranges it into a format that represents a more realistic thought-process.

Rejection reason

Mixed opinion here; agree it's a bit silly in context of test questions but I don't think the original card is ineffective
