Rationale for change

To make it clear that the cloze is not looking for phosphate, which is also a correct answer as far as I know.

Phosphate acts as a buffer by reversibly binding up to three H+ (PO4 3- <-> ... <-> H3PO4).

Phosphate precipitates calcium (as per B&B - renal - electrolyte disorders - hyperphosphatemia: "phosphate precipitates serum calcium"; FA 2022 p. 615; and note ID 1522543003481).
