Th2 is too specific, answer should be Th cells in general. Both First Aid and the Sketchy sketch included on this card indicate that Th (T helper) cells in general mediate class switching, not just specifically Th2. There are other cards that indicate Th2, Th1, Th17, and even Treg can sometimes be involved in class switching, depending on what class switching is going on. No information provided in this card is specific to Th2 in particular.
