Rationale for change

Important to link this to chronic transplant rejection specifically as this is tested in questions. There was an amboss step 1 question which I wasn't sure how to reference but it describes a lung transplant with the findings you'd expect in bronchiolitis obliterans and the answer choices are acute graft rejection, hyperacute rejection, chronic rejection etc.
