Rationale for change

Juvenile polyps are seemingly only covered in the Pathoma but he teaches it as a hamartomatous polyp which is covered more broadly by our sources (e.g. FA23, AMBOSS, etc.). This distinction is currently absent from the deck as far as I can tell
