I added "in women" at the end of this card because otherwise this card is very vague, how are you supposed to know Multiparity is the answer? W/o the "in women" this card could apply to multiple groups of people
Rejection reason
Think it’s fine as is, much more common in multiparous women, and men don’t really get pelvic organ prolapse - only rectal prolapse

- Other risk factors include prior pelvic surgery (e.g., hysterectomy), menopause/advanced age, and causes of increased abdominal pressure (obesity, chronic cough due to COPD)
- For rectal prolapse, rectopexy is the preferred operation for pts with debilitating symptoms and/or full-thickness prolapse
