Rationale for change
Atherosclerosis is a type of arteriosclerosis (https://www.northwell.edu/cardiovascular-thoracic-services/vascular-surgery/conditions/arteriosclerosis-atherosclerosis) where there is narrowing due to plaque build up; arteriosclerosis is the general term for narrowing and hardening of the arteries. Since pulmonary hypertension and narrowing of the pulmonary trunk can be due to many causes (not only, plaque buildup) (source https://www.pennmedicine.org/for-patients-and-visitors/patient-information/conditions-treated-a-to-z/pulmonary-hypertension) I believe arteriosclerosis is the more appropriate term here.
