Odd card. Doesn't really mention whether it's amebic dysentery or liver abscess. Also, seems to suggest that ELISA and serology are distinct. It also includes diagnostic criteria for both dysentery and abscess. Too much info on extra that doesn't seem HY, changed it with HY points on AMBOSS.
I assume this referring to amebic dysentery as this is what is mentioned on FA23.
