Rationale for change

First Aid 2023 pg 106 states that INF gamma "increases MHC expression and antigen presentation by all cells" and does not specify MHC II. If anything, it would be MHC I because only MHC is expressed on all cells, MHC II is only present on APCs, and viruses are counted as endogenous antigens which are presented on MHC I.
