Rationale for change

Saying symmetric gives away the answer to the Cloze since I don't see how there's asymmetric unilateral weakness. There is not a Cloze 2 so this word isn't needed in the question stem.

There is also another Anki card that specifically tests whether SMA has symmetric or asymmetric weakness (nid:1480549909273).
