Rationale for change

When I read this card it comes across as a dead give away (not requiring me to recall anything) because the only thing really less than vague discomfort is asymptomatic.
I think rewording it and moving the clarifier to the extra section would require true recall of the clinical presentation.

Rejection reason

Agree with you that the card kind of gives away the answer, but this changes the meaning of the card. Card is saying normally it is asymptomatic in patients. "Presents as" is how it will present to you in the hospital or clinic - which would be hematochizia, not asymptomatic.
