Rationale for change
Wanted to suggest that we add some explaination as to the mechanism of hypoT and hyperprolactinemia causing secondary amenorrhea. Super high yield and great to understand these relationships instead of memorize.
Pregnancy is kind of intuitive, I think, so did not include anything on that here.
