Rationale for change

The most common cause of SBO are either adhesions (those with prior adominal surgeries) or hernias (those without abdominal surgeries). See Anki ID: 1511226321693. Either could be correct depending on what country you live in. In the US, it would be adhesions since many abdominal surgeries are performed. In other countries, particularly non-western countries, hernia are the most common cause of SBO. Either this card is a duplicate of 1511226321693, or should be changed to the suggestion to remove potentially conflicting set of cards.
