Rationale for change

the "extra" note here is confusing as it contradicts the "text" stem that states Na delivery increases GFR/RPF. I believe the GFR/RPF decrease mentioned in the "extra" section may be referring to the effect of ATP? If I am correct, then this change will clarify that.
