Rationale for change

Division denotes mitosis for eukaryotic cells, while reproduction implies meiosis.

Rejection reason

Both mitosis and meiosis are for reproduction at the cellular level. Meiosis is more associated with reproduction because it has to do with meiosis. “Divide” and “reproduce” can arguably used interchangeably here. Since “mitosis” as a process is associated with cellular “reproduction,” we can leave it as it is here.
