Rationale for change

So I added the extra section to this card. It was previously empty and I wanted an explanation for the card. This info is included in other cards in the deck, but I compiled it into the extra section here. Using Amboss I verified this info also. More common to see contralateral hemiparesis and ipsilateral pupil defecits d/t expanding hematoma causing herniation.

I included these images that are in other cards in the deck also! (citations were copy and pasted so they should be good lol).
