Rationale for change
MRSA is a more common nosocomial infection caused by antibiotic-resistant gram positive cocci than Enterococci (323,700 vs 54,500 cases in 2019) and therefore probably more boards relevant. However AMBOSS mentions both so probably best to have both here as well.
