Rationale for change
This suggests that "pale" infarction happens only with thrombotic stroke, while "hemorrhagic" happens only with embolic stroke.
This is misleading as both appear pale (6-48hrs) and both could be complicated with hemorrhage. Which usually appears as "punctate hemorrhages" not with the whole lesion hemorrhagic.
Also, it could have multiple colors depending on the time, so added hint for that.
