Major Depressive Disorder:
Psychomotor {{c3::imairment (retardation)}}: Slowed movements and speech in major depressive disorder (MDD), such as taking a long time to answer questions, moving sluggishly, and showing decreased facial expression.
Psychomotor {{c3::agitation}}: Restless pacing and hand-wringing in severe anxiety or agitated depression, where the person cannot sit still, fidgets constantly, and moves excessively without purpose.
