Rationale for change

Original was kind of confusing having "not endochondral" as a clue given the failure of endochronal ossification leads to the impaired longitudinal growth.

AMBOSS:
Defective FGFR3 → continuous receptor stimulation by FGF → inhibited chondrocyte proliferation → ↓ endochondral ossification → impaired longitudinal bone growth
