Rationale for change

The triad for aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease is as follows:
1. Asthma
2. Nasal polyps
3. COX-inhibitor sensitivity
So in the card chronic/recurrent rhinosinusitis should be replaced by COX-inhibitor sensitivity.
