Ankylosing spondylitis
Lateral x-ray of the thoracic spine: ventral syndesmophyte formation (green areas) with sclerosis of the anterior longitudinal ligament (red ventral line), subchondral sclerosis of the inferior end plate and superior end plate (red horizontal line), and intervertebral disc space narrowing (1). The changes observed here are consistent with ankylosing spondylitis.
