Rationale for change

I think that oligohydramnios is a complication of placental insufficiency because of decreased blood flow to the fetus and decreased perfusion of fetal kidneys causing decreased fetal urine output; not vice versa as the card states. AMBOSS confirms this. Replacing with HY alternative.
