Rationale for new note

This completes scabies, pubic lice, head lice. Will tick off. Have added a pubic ectoparasites disease tag under Sexual Infections.

Have a look at the tagging structure here, as some tags might be pulled given that we currently have lice and scabies as a child of both ID and Derm parents. If we were being extra thourough we could make a pathogen in ID and keep the rest in Derm. We could also split up STI into lice and scabies as separate entities. I think it's fine as is, but food for thought.
