Rationale for change

AMOSS: https://next.amboss.com/us/article/SS0y_2?q=pancreatitis#:~:text=30%25)%20%5B14%5D-,Walled%2Doff%20necrosis,-Definition
The walled-off necrosis is defined as Sterile necrosis in AMBOSS. However this card shows that even the infected necrosis is still called Walled-off necrosis, which is not acurete according to AMBOOS that shows the infection of the necrosis as another complication not the same. I don't know if my suggestion is the best form to show that , but I hope to update this note, so it's not confusing anymore.
