Rationale for change

This picture and information is outdated. 2023 FA says that ketoconazole inhibits these two enzymes on page 339 & 678 and nowhere it mentions inhibition of cholesterol desmolase.
And AMBOSS (https://next.amboss.com/us/article/6m0jgg?q=ketoconazole#EBX8c00) doesn't mention how ketoconazole can inhibit cholesterol desmolase either.
