I understand osteomyelitis is classically associated with blasto but for the sake of accuracy should we not also list coccidio? Neither amboss nor FA23 pg.149 explicitly state "osteomyelitis" amboss calls them bone lytic lesions for both and FA23 pg.149 says dissemination to bones for both. The only source we have for osteomyelitis is sketchy which is not an acceptable source but if we are to use it we should also use more reliable sources right?
since doesnt directly say it, and no source testing it, feel like its too low yield to add. adding to extra might just cause more confusion.
