Rationale for change

I've never liked this pair of cards - both feel incredibly similar, and you end up having to try and remember which wording is which, in addition to the actual knowledge. This goes a little way towards improving that (I considered 'sometimes' but I think it's required more commonly than that). Italics & wording.
