Rationale for change
Amboss (Oct 2023) states that sigmoidoscopy may be done every 5–10 years however it does not explicitly state when FIT or FOBT should be done in conjunction.
USPSTF guidelines states that sigmoidoscopy should be done every 5 years, or every 10 years if combined with annual FIT.
