The info in the card is incorrect. There are other forms of herpetic retinitis, including ARN (Acute retinal necrosis) and PORN (progressive outer retinal necrosis). It is too much to know in a MS level, so I suggest only adding a “most common” to the text. Between the ones said before, PORN occurs in immunocompromised and is caused mainly by VZV, so I would add that to the extra.
