Rationale for change
The intention of first cloze is to distinguish this condition from others by the relative location of immune complex deposition (subendothelial, intramembranous, or subepithelial) so a hint should be provided that indicates it's referring to location. Otherwise, potential answers could include other properties like color, e.g. PSGN is characterized by electron-dense immune complex humps on electron microscopy
