Rationale for change

Per AMBOSS, the PCV13 or PCV15 children vaccine is given the children, whereas in adults, the (PCV15 adults AND PPSV23) or PCV20 vaccine is given. Because this card states children AND adults, it should be generalized to PCV and not state PCV-13 as this is not given to adults.

Alternatively, this card could be modified such that it just states PCV13 is given to children under 5, and remove "adults over 65".
