Rationale for change

Ovarian cysts should not be biopsied - if it's cancer you can spread it into the peritoneum. There's no specific treatment guidance for a complex cyst on Amboss, but this card should be updated - multiple people have suggested changing / updating this card in the past using UpToDate as a source. Funcitonal cyst management is the closest guideline in Amboss.
