Rationale for change

I think its easy to "cheat" on this card in the current format given the similarity in the names of flucytosine and fluconazole. I always find myself seeing that fluconazole/flucytosine is not clozed so the answer must be amphotericin + the other one. Probably good to make them all clozed to ensure understanding of the order of the pharm regimen.
