Rationale for change

At first, I was confused as why only NSTEMIs would receive DAPT, couldn’t find any reasons for that in the sources tagged in the card. In the UWorld questions, DAPT is recomended and “should be given to all patients with no contraindications (eg, allergy, bleeding)”. The only different info I found was: “ patients with NSTEMI or unstable angina, P2Y12 inhibitor therapy is often held until after coronary angiography in case the atherosclerotic coronary anatomy indicates the need for coronary artery bypass grafting” in Q 19950 UWorld.

I looked further in scientific articles and couldn’t find any differentiation, being one of them the following: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8802640/

Is there any reason I couldn’t find so that the card answer is NSTEMIs and not ACS?
