Rationale for change

suggest combining cloze. this card does not test what cGMP does to muscle. it is currently testing whether someone knows what a phosphatase or a kinase does. therefore combining the clozes with hints is much more efficient and will actually test the concept properly. as is its a waste of a card and doesnt require conceptual thinking
