Rationale for change

So I just got uworld QID 3267 and it presented a patient with symptoms previously mentioned that describe trichinellosis. One of the features they described was that the patient had subungual hemorrhages + chemosis. I searched this bug on up to date, amboss, and a few textbooks. All of which mention splinter hemorrhages as a symptom of trichinellosis. This may not be something that NEEDS to be updated but the symptom threw me off. feel free to reject if you dont think its necessary :)
