Rationale for change

FirstAid already outlines the abundant rER and Golgi within the text, but those two facts that were not on the card have come up a couple of times on multiple exams. The question seems to always be about how the plasma cell produce large amounts of antibodies, which are posible to the rER and Golgi. Becaue those two things make the plasma cell do its job, I believe it is greatly helpful to include that in the text part of the question. This allows students to see that about the plasma cell quickly!
