Rationale for change
In the Standford resource there's a card that says: Coronary Perfusion Pressure (CPP): AoDP - LVEDP
Seems like there's variation on how to accurately measure the CPP.
It doesn't bother me or change my understanding of the material, but technically, the clozes are conflicting between this card and the other.
Rejection reason
we generally don't want to put updates in the Personal Notes Section. but i agree with the rationale!

Text
{{c1::Coronary perfusion pressure (CPP)}} is the difference between the {{c2::aortic diastolic pressure}} and the {{c2::right atrial diastolic pressure}}, and it is well-approximated by arterial diastolic pressure.
Extra
Arterial diastolic pressure >20mmHg --> indicator of adquate chest compressions during CPR
