Rationale for change

Adding cloze hint: GI pathology. The knee-to-chest position can indicate many things. Example: ependymoma in card ID 1535932389066 also has a classic knee-to-chest position. Since Intussusception and ependymomas both appear in kids and a knee-to-chest finding may be the only physical exam finding in a non-verbal kid, adding this hint for clarity
