Rationale for change

The question stem is misleading here, making it appear that "stroke care" could refer to antithrombolytics (even though it says "don't need heparin" in the extra section – which isn't exactly ellucidating itself). Instead, should just take that part out of the stem and elaborate on how you don't want to give these patients anticoag therapy b/c of high hemorrhage risk, as is done in the Uworld question (QID 10972).
