Rationale for change

According to AMBOSS, the treatment to rheumatic fever is two fold involving NSAIDs for pain relief and Penicillin V as a first line to treat the GAS infection and prevent recurrence.

The previous card was inaccurate and incomplete, speaking of rheumatic fever like a bacterial infection and stating that either penicillin G or V could be used.
