Rationale for change

In the provided link, under "components" -> "macula densa" AMBOSS states: "Composed of tall cuboidal cells located at the distal end of the thick ascending loop of Henle."

However, the following bullet point mentions that the macula densa monitors NaCl concentration in the lumen of the DCT.

FA 2023 p. 609 states, "the macula densa (NaCl sensor located at the DCT)."

Additional, reputable online sources (ex: 10.1681/ASN.2009070759 - publication in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology) also states the macula densa is located in the distal TAL: "The macula densa plaque is a unique group of 15 to 20 cells located at the end of the cortical thick ascending limb forming a juxtaglomerular apparatus-glomerular complex."

I am not sure exactly what the card should say, but I think the ankihub team could come to a concensus or make mention of both locations on the card since both accepted sources (AMBOSS and First Aid 2023) differ in saying where the macula densa is located.
