Rationale for change

Added cloze deletion for whether donors are acids or bases

Rejection reason

The note currently tests whether bases are electron acceptors or donors via c2. The same is done for acids by nid 1555639334164. While it doesn't specifically test whether donors are acids or bases, the connection required to be made by associating bases with electron donors, not acceptors, would also allow you to realize/determine the same connection backwards
