Rationale for change

DNA is always synthesized in a 5' to 3' direction. The 5' to 3' directionality is made possible with a 3' to 5' phosphodiester bond. The way the card was written before was ambiguous. This suggestion makes it clear that it is a 3' to 5' phosphodiester bond that is inhibited and not a phosphodiester bond that is interrupted preventing DNA from being synthesized in a 3' to 5' direction.
