Rationale for change
Nowhere in Amboss does it say that this is the treatment for PID associated with Chlamydia only. The PID is treated with both medications as ceftriaxone treats Neisseria gonorrhoeae and doxycycline treats Chlamydia trachomatis. This is seen in many cards thoughout the deck including, note:1487380763997, note:1403576844804, and note:1501987087158
This is also consistent with the etiology tab https://next.amboss.com/us/article/pL0LAg?utm_source=navbar&utm_medium=anki&utm_campaign=anki&utm_term=pelvic%2Binflammatory%2Bdisease&guid=zvMsR%2FLl%252BR&aid=f85f06ad-552e-4c05-8f33-724b4c557ced&uid=b2yeHTeYa#Zdd4153695a33d3bde24221a207781b44
